Bangkok Chicken Tenders with peanut sauce

Method:
1. Prepare chicken strips as per packet instructions.
2. Make dressing by combining Satay Paste with coconut milk.
3. Divide chicken strips into 10 portions. Top with dressing, crispy onions, sliced cucumber and lime to serve.
