Beef Keema Pasta

GET READY TO COOK

Method:

1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions; drain and set aside.

2. Separately heat up some cooking oil in a pan. Add beef; stir fry for 2-3mins. Add peppers and carrots; stir fry for 2-3mins. Add Punjabi Tikka Masala Paste, chopped tomatoes, coconut milk; mix well and simmer for 10-15mins or until cooked.

3. Add cooked pasta and cheese; mix well and garnish to serve. Alternatively top pasta with beef mixture and cheese; garnish and serve.

Ingredients:

400g Punjabi Tikka Masala Paste

300g tinned chopped tomatoes

300ml coconut milk

800g dried pasta (to make approx.1.6kg cooked)

1kg beef mince

250g diced red peppers

250g diced carrots

300g grated cheddar

Chopped parsley to garnish
