Satay Chicken Burger with chilli-peanut mayo and asianslaw
GET READY TO COOK
Method:
1. Make dressing by combining Satay Paste with mayonnaise.
2. Prepare chicken as per packet instructions.
3. Prepare slaw by mixing shredded carrot and cabbage with Satay Paste and sweet chilli sauce; set aside.
4. Spread burger buns with butter. Build burger from bottom bun: add chicken, 2 Tbsp dressing and slaw and cover with top bun. Serve.
